As a direct primary care practice, we do not bill insurance for any of our services. Instead, patients pay a monthly or annual fee directly. HSA/FSA is an accepted form of payment. Your insurance may be utilized for diagnostic and screening tests, prescriptions, and speciality care.

Flora keeps primary care costs simple! A flat monthly payment of $120 covers all time with your PCP as well as services listed above.
A one-time nonrefundable registration fee of $90 is required upon enrollment.
Patients may elect to pay monthly or annually. A 10% discount is offered for annual membership rates when paid up front.

We offer lab draws via appointment only for routine phlebotomy. The cost of this service is not included in your membership.

No, there is no minimum commitment. Contracts renew annually, and we ask for 30 days notice if you are leaving the practice. Our goal is for a longstanding relationships that serves you in a sustainable way. Re-enrollment is considered on a case by case basis and requires a re-enrollment fee.
